The custom Design fee is £20, this is to create a design to your specifications. Payment is needed up front before any work is to be started.
 
If you do not want to continue your design to an order, this amount will be non-refundable. 
However if you are happy with your design and want to move forward to place as an order, we will take off the £20 design fee from your total amount. 
 
i.e:  If the design fee is £20 and your total design order amount is £ 50, this mean that the total owed after design fee will be £ 30
